I've set up a filter:
subject:/Status report from osoz01-(ber|bn|fr|muc|rd|sz).*/gi
There are various mail having a matching subject line:
Status report from osoz01-muc.local
But this does not match!
Looking into raw mail I find:
Received: from mail-muc.local (localhost [127.0.0.1])
by mail-muc (Cyrus v2.2.13-Debian-2.2.13-19.122.201310012029) with LMTPA;

Subject is "=?UTF-8?B?U3RhdHVzIHJlcG9ydCBmcm9tIG9zb3owMS1tdWMuYmZzLmQ=?="
Looks a lot like FiltaQilla does not decode "=?UTF-8?B?U3RhdHVzIHJlcG9ydCBmcm9tIG9zb3owMS1tdWMuYmZzLmQ=?=" before matching, but tries to match against the coded line -- this never will succeed!
I did some more tests and all showed up with the same problem: if a Subject is coded this way FiltaQuilla will not decode it, then match. It will try to match the coded line.
